Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve answered the questions clients most often ask about process, pricing, timelines, and service scope. If you don’t see what you need, feel free to contact us in English or Korean.

NextMind Digital is a one-stop creative and digital production partner for Korean-owned businesses and growing brands in the U.S. We connect websites, Shopify, branding, print materials, packaging, video content, and marketing into one cohesive brand system. Instead of managing multiple vendors separately, you can keep the entire process in one place.

Yes. Consultation, planning, feedback, and project communication can all be handled comfortably in Korean. When needed, we can also prepare English copy, visuals, and customer-facing materials for the U.S. market.

We work with restaurants, cafés, clinics, beauty and spa businesses, retail stores, food and catering brands, supplement and product brands, churches, organizations, real estate businesses, and professional service providers. Our focus is on practical branding, digital presence, and marketing systems that support real business growth.

Most projects follow four steps: diagnosis, strategy and direction, design and production, then launch, delivery, or improvement. We first review your current situation, define priorities, confirm the direction, and then move into actual production.

Package prices are starting rates. The final estimate depends on the project scope, available materials, number of pages or products, design requirements, app integrations, and any custom functionality. After consultation, we provide a confirmed estimate before the project begins.

The timeline depends on the package, project scope, and how prepared the materials are. The schedule begins after all required materials are submitted and confirmed. Local business websites can usually move faster, while Shopify stores and custom projects may take longer depending on complexity.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, usually 1–2 rounds depending on the service. Additional revisions, added pages, layout changes, or structural changes beyond the included scope may require a separate estimate.

Yes. We can help organize your existing materials, write basic copy, create AI-assisted visual direction, and prepare foundational brand assets when needed. Professional photography or video production can also be added as a separate service.

A free brand audit is a short consultation where we review your current website, brand, marketing materials, or online presence. If you are just starting, we help clarify what you should prepare first and what can wait.

When your website, print materials, packaging, video content, and marketing are created under one brand direction, everything feels more consistent and professional. You save time by reducing vendor coordination, and your brand message stays clear across every customer touchpoint.

We help define the foundation of your brand — including positioning, messaging, logo design, color and typography system, brand guidelines, and core copywriting. The goal is to create a clear visual and strategic direction your business can use consistently.

Yes. With the Brand & Design Kit, we can refine your existing logo and organize basic branded materials around it. A full new logo, complete branding system, or brand strategy document would be quoted separately depending on the scope.

Yes. The Brand & Design Kit is designed to align your logo, business cards, flyers, menus, and posters under one consistent visual direction. It works well for new openings, rebrands, restaurants, cafés, beauty shops, clinics, and retail stores.

Yes. Brand messaging and key copy are included as part of the branding process. Larger-scale product copy, long-form content, or ongoing content writing may be quoted separately based on the amount and complexity of the work.

There are two main directions. If your goal is to introduce your business and generate inquiries, a business website is usually the right fit. If you want to sell products online with checkout and shipping, Shopify is usually the better option. Our website packages are organized into Starter, Standard, and Growth, while Shopify packages are organized into Launch, Growth, and Pro. If you are not sure which direction makes sense, we can help you clarify it through a free diagnosis.

Yes. For WordPress websites, you can update basic content such as text, images, pricing, and business information. We help organize the items you are most likely to update so the site is easier to manage. If you prefer not to handle updates yourself, we can manage them for you through a website care plan.

Yes. We can help connect your existing domain to the new website. The domain remains under your ownership, and access to the domain registrar account is the client’s responsibility. If you are not sure where your domain is registered or how to access it, we can help guide you through the process. Domain connection and launch support are included in all website packages.

Basic SEO setup is included. This covers page titles, meta descriptions, search engine submission, and Google Business Profile connection when applicable. The goal is to set up the foundation so local customers can find your business more easily. Ongoing SEO content, advanced keyword strategy, and long-term ranking work are quoted separately.

The Starter website is designed for a simple business presence, so booking systems, online payments, ecommerce, blogs, and custom functionality are not included. If you need booking, a blog, or custom features, the Standard or Growth package may be a better fit. If online sales are the main goal, we recommend building a Shopify store instead.

No. Shopify’s monthly subscription, paid themes, and paid apps are not included in our production fee and are paid directly by the client. Product photography, advanced product copywriting, email automation, bundles, upsells, multilingual setup, and B2B or wholesale features are also quoted separately depending on the scope.

It depends on the package. The Launch package includes a product data template and upload guide so you can prepare and enter the products yourself. The Growth package includes up to 20 product uploads, and the Pro package includes up to 50 product uploads, based on the completed product data sheet and up to 5 option combinations per product. Additional products can be added in sets of 10. Product upload includes entering photos, prices, options, and basic product information; sales-focused product copywriting is quoted separately.

We design business cards, flyers, brochures, catalogs, menus, posters, banners, signage, coupons, and other printed materials. We can handle the full process from design and press-ready PDF preparation to print vendor coordination and final delivery management.

No. You do not need to manage a designer and a print vendor separately. We help coordinate the process from design to print production, including print order preparation, vendor communication, and delivery management when needed.

We prepare files according to the correct print specifications, including size, materials, color setup, PDF export settings, bleed, and trim requirements. This helps reduce common production issues, delays, and unnecessary rework during the printing process.

Our standard scope includes design and preparation of press-ready production files. The actual print production cost is billed separately because it depends on quantity, materials, size, finishing options, and vendor pricing. Large catalogs or complex print projects are quoted separately based on the final specifications.

We design labels, boxes, stickers, product visuals, bundle images, Shopify product images, and production-ready packaging files so your product looks credible online and retail-ready offline. The goal is to improve both product presentation and customer trust across sales channels.

Professional product photography is quoted separately. If a full shoot is not the right fit for your current stage, we can also guide you on using AI-assisted product visuals as an alternative for certain use cases.

No. AI-generated visuals are staged marketing images, not actual photographs taken of the real product or a real retail environment. Because advertising and labeling responsibility remains with the client, extra care is especially important in regulated categories such as food, health, and medical products.

The standard scope includes label and box graphics, along with production-ready files. Structural packaging design, custom dielines, or larger multi-product packaging systems are quoted separately depending on the technical scope and production requirements.

No. We create both video and visual content. This can include short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, social media feed and story graphics, promotional banners, new menu or product announcements, thumbnails, website banners, and email graphics.

We create short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, brand story videos, motion graphics, and AI-assisted image or video content. The format depends on your business goal, available materials, and where the content will be used.

We design visual content for Instagram and Facebook feeds, stories, promotions, events, new menu launches, new product announcements, websites, emails, and thumbnails. The goal is to create ready-to-use assets that help your business stay visible and consistent online.

Yes. Monthly Content Care is designed for businesses that need consistent content without starting from scratch every time. We can help create monthly social media graphics, carousel posts, short videos, web banners, and promotional content based on the approved package and content calendar.

Monthly Content Care does not include on-site photo or video shoots, full social media account management, ad management, comment or DM management, or influencer marketing. Advanced Reels editing from long raw footage may also require a separate estimate depending on the scope. If you need those services, we can quote them separately.

AI can be used to create staged visuals, backgrounds, motion, or brand atmosphere when a full shoot is not practical. However, AI-generated content is staged content, not actual photography or video footage. Extra care is required for regulated categories such as food, health, and medical products.

We help with local marketing, Korean community outreach, email and SMS campaigns, content calendars, ad creative, and landing page optimization. The goal is to connect your website, content, and promotional materials into a practical marketing flow that supports real inquiries and sales.

AI automation can help streamline repeatable tasks such as content creation, customer inquiries, appointment guidance, and basic consultation responses. This may include GPT-powered workflow automation, KakaoTalk chatbot support, inquiry auto-replies, and other repetitive business processes.

Yes. Through Custom Project & AI Automation, we can build inquiry form automation, email and SMS automation, booking or consultation flows, CRM and spreadsheet integrations, external API connections, and custom workflow systems based on your business needs.

Custom automation projects are quoted after an initial consultation and scope review. The final estimate depends on the workflow, tools, integrations, number of steps, and level of customization required. These projects are best suited for businesses with repeated inquiries, booking-heavy operations, or internal tasks that can be systemized.
