Questions Before You Start
Does the listed price include production or printing costs?
No. Listed pricing is based on design scope only. Production, printing, materials, and manufacturing costs vary depending on quantity, materials, and vendor requirements. We separate design fees and production costs clearly in the estimate, so you know exactly what you are approving.
Can you also help with ingredients, nutrition facts, and required label information?
We can help organize and place approved product information, including ingredients, nutrition facts, barcodes, certification marks, and required label details. However, the final regulatory content must be confirmed by the brand owner, manufacturer, or compliance advisor. Once the content is confirmed, we format it clearly and integrate it into the design without compromising the overall look.
How long does the process take?
Label design usually takes about 2 weeks. Full packaging design typically takes 3–4 weeks, depending on the scope, revisions, and how quickly product information is prepared. Production time is separate, and if you have a target launch date, we can help plan the schedule backward from that date.
Can you work with small production runs?
Yes. For smaller quantities, we can help you choose practical options such as digital label printing or short-run packaging vendors. As your quantity grows, we can also help you explore more cost-efficient production methods. We do not recommend large production runs unless they make sense for your current stage.
How does payment work?
Payment is split into two parts: a 50% deposit after the estimate is approved, and the remaining 50% upon final file delivery. Production costs are billed separately at the time of vendor order based on the approved production quote. No additional costs are added without prior approval.
