Minor updates are limited to one task at a time, up to 30 minutes per task, and are usually completed within 2 business days. New pages, new features, structural changes, and custom development are quoted separately.
Product uploads are based on the product information sheet and include up to 5 SKUs per product. If your theme includes custom code, transferring customizations during theme updates may require a separate estimate.

Questions You May Have Before Starting
I only have a domain. I don’t know anything about hosting. Is that okay?
Yes. Most business owners are in the same situation. If you give us your domain, we can check the current setup and explain your options. Your domain will remain under your ownership.
How long does production take?
Website Starter usually takes 3–5 days. Website Standard takes about 1–2 weeks. Website Growth usually takes 2–4 weeks. Shopify projects typically take 3–6 weeks depending on the store structure.
The timeline may change depending on how quickly photos, text, and product information are prepared.
I don’t have a domain or hosting yet. Can you help?
Yes. We can help with domain purchase and hosting setup. The important point is ownership. Your domain and account should always remain under your name so you can move or manage them later.
Can I update the website myself after it is finished?
Website Standard, Website Growth, and Shopify include an editable admin area and a training session. Website Starter is built to be fast and lightweight, so it is not designed for direct editing. If you need updates, we can handle them through Starter Care.
Are there monthly costs?
Outside of the production fee, there is usually a domain cost of around $20 per year. Website Starter includes the first year of hosting. After that, you can choose a care plan starting at $29 per month or manage the site yourself.
For Shopify, Shopify’s monthly platform fee is separate. Before the project begins, we will show you the expected monthly costs clearly.
How does payment work?
Payment is split into two parts: 50% deposit after the estimate is confirmed, and the remaining 50% when the website goes live. Care plans are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.
