Who we are
NextMind Digital LLC ("NextMind", "we") is a web and brand production studio in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what we collect through nextmind.digital and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a contact form or email us, we receive what you enter, such as:
- Name, business or brand name, email, and phone number (optional)
- Business type, services you are interested in, your current website, and timeline
- Your message and anything you attach or send by email
The chat. When you use the chat on this site, we receive what you type there, including your name and contact details if you choose to share them. Replies are written by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) from information about our services; every lead is followed up by a person. If you share a website address, the chat may open that page to review it. If you ask for it, we email you a summary of the consultation, only to the address you give us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time to deliver the site and block spam and abuse. To limit abuse of the chat, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address with each conversation, never the address itself.
We do not ask for payment information through this site.
How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and reply to you. They process it on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
Besides the cookies needed for security and spam protection, the site uses Google Analytics to see how it is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and the type of device and browser, with an approximate location. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and Google processes this data for us. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use advertising tools.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or turn Google Analytics off with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Your browser's Do Not Track signal does not change how this site works, and we do not follow you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for 3 years after our last contact, and client records as long as tax and legal rules require. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Chat conversations in which you shared contact details are kept like inquiries; conversations without contact details are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@nextmind.digital and we will reply within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm it is you.
Where data is stored
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
